Ryvita Thins Rosemary & Sea Salt Flatbread Crackers, 125g
Focaccia flavours on a thin, lean flatbread: rosemary, olive oil and sea salt, lovely with fresh cheese.
Ryvita Thins Rosemary & Sea Salt Flatbread Crackers, in brief.
Ryvita Thins Rosemary and Sea Salt are thin wheat and rye flatbreads with 3% dried rosemary, olive oil and 1.5% sea salt, sold on the label as Wheat and Rye Flatbread with Rosemary and Sea Salt.
They are lean for a flavoured thin, 4.3g of fat per 100g on the label data, with 8.6g of fibre. One thin is 7g.
Rosemary and sea salt is the flavour of a good focaccia, and Ryvita bakes it into a thin, crisp flatbread. Dried rosemary pieces and a natural rosemary flavouring give a clear herb aroma, olive oil a gentle richness, and sea salt a clean finish.
With only 4.3g of fat per 100g on the label data, they are a light base for fresh cheeses and dips.

The story behind Ryvita
Ryvita began trading on 4 April 1925, when John Edwin Garratt started importing rye crispbread from Scandinavia. The idea caught on: Ryvita opened its own bakery in Birmingham in 1932, and after that factory was destroyed in the Second World War it moved to a new bakery in Poole, Dorset, in 1949, the year it joined Associated British Foods. Rye crispbread is dense, dry and crunchy; Ryvita Original lists just wholegrain rye flour, rye flour and salt. Over the years the range has added Crackerbread in the 1980s, Minis in 2002 and the Thins flatbreads in 2008, and on our shelf you will find crispbreads plain, dark rye, sesame, multigrain and fruit, along with Thins, Snack It Thins and baked Sticks.
Packaging: a 125g pack. Once the pack is open, fold it tightly closed or tip the crackers into an airtight tin, and keep them somewhere cool and dry. Damp air is what softens a cracker. The pack gives the best before date.
