Jacob's Choice Grain Multigrain Crackers, in brief.
Jacob's Choice Grain is a multigrain cracker with wheat bran (4.5%), barley flakes (2%), kibbled rye (2%) and kibbled wheat (2%) in the dough. The grains give it a hearty, textured bite and 5.4g of fibre per 100g on the label data.

Jacob's began with W. and R. Jacob's steam biscuit factory in Dublin in 1853, and it was making cream crackers from around 1885: the plain, crisp, blistered square raised with yeast that is still the everyday cracker of British kitchens. In 1914 Jacob's opened its first English factory at Aintree, Liverpool, which Wikipedia records as the main UK producer of Jacob's products today. The range has grown far beyond the cream cracker.
