Puffed rice and corn cakes from Quaker.

Snack a Jacks are puffed rice and corn cakes made by Quaker, which is owned by PepsiCo. The brand launched in the UK first, and Quaker rolled it out to Spain in 2002. A rice cake is not baked but puffed: rice and corn are heated under pressure until they pop and fuse into a light, crunchy cake. On our shelf, the Jumbo Salt and Vinegar cakes list 46% wholegrain rice with maize, a salt and vinegar seasoning and sunflower oil, with 5.7g of fat per 100g on the label data.
